Damages and Issues
ChinkyTi Extensions is NOT responsible for any damaged product as we inspect each item before it is shipped out. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products all sales are FINAL! What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions CANNOT be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are only offered if you received the wrong items. If you do receive the wrong items please contact customer service immediately. We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the ChinkyTi Extensions hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your extensions.
