1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

(United States) 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Express. Order MUST be placed by 3pm eastern standard time to meet Express Drop-off deadline.

All Packages Delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday, Saturday before 2pm.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at ctextensions@gmail.com

3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

4. May I return my order?
No, we have a no refund or return policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

5. Can I cancel my order?
No, cancellations currently aren’t offered.

6. When will I receive my Vendor List in my email?

After purchasing you will NOT automatically receive the Vendor List. There will be a prescreening for fraud if your order is Low risk you will receive your order within a few minutes or hours after purchasing. If your order is Medium risk there will be a 24 hour screening to determine if the information you provided is considered high risk of fraud. If your order is HIGH RISK your order will be CANCELLED and you will be REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. I don’t fulfill high risk orders at all!!!
